Delete your Canora account

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Choose Delete account, type your email to confirm, and confirm.

Email trust@canora.ai from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We complete requests within 30 days.

Canora asks you to deal with the workspace first. Either make a teammate the owner, or delete the workspace: disconnect its channels, cancel its subscription in Plans & credits, then use Settings, Workspace, Delete all data. If you cannot do this, email trust@canora.ai and we will help.

You can keep your account and remove data from a workspace. A workspace owner can do either of these:

• Delete catalog data on the Catalog page removes the workspace's products once its channels are disconnected.
• Settings, Workspace, Delete all data removes everything in the workspace.

You can also email trust@canora.ai and ask us to delete specific data. We complete requests within 30 days. Deleted data can stay in database backups for about two weeks, until they expire. Billing and tax records, and archived audit logs (7 years), are kept where the law or security requires it.

You leave every workspace and are signed out everywhere straight away. Within 7 days your name, email, phone, photo and sign-in are permanently erased.

Workspace data (products, orders, channel connections) belongs to the workspace and stays with it until its owner deletes it. Delete all data removes it. Deleted data can stay in database backups for about two weeks, until they expire. Billing and tax records, and archived audit logs (7 years), are kept where the law or security requires it.
